Availability of a feature may depend on your device, browser, account status, subscription level, geographic location, third-party services, or technical requirements.

Certain Services use artificial intelligence, including the Veto AI financial assistant.

AI-generated information may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misunderstood, misleading, or inappropriate for your particular circumstances. Artificial intelligence may also misunderstand your question, your financial information, or the context of a conversation.

NextMoveAI does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated responses.

You should independently verify important information before acting on it.

You should not rely exclusively on Veto or any other AI-generated response when making significant financial, investment, tax, legal, employment, insurance, credit, medical, or other important decisions.

The fact that an AI response sounds confident, personalized, conversational, or specific does not guarantee that it is correct.

4. Voice and Microphone Features

Certain NextMoveAI features may allow you to interact with Veto or other Services using your voice.

Voice features may require permission to access your device microphone. NextMoveAI does not receive microphone access merely because you visit the website. Microphone access depends on the permissions you grant through your browser, device, or operating system.

When a voice feature is activated, audio or speech-related information may be processed as necessary to recognize your request, generate a response, or provide the requested functionality.

Voice recognition may make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing any information, instruction, calendar entry, reminder, financial input, or other action generated from a voice interaction.

A higher or lower NextMoveAI Financial Health Score does not guarantee any particular financial result or eligibility for a financial product.

Certain features may also allow Veto or another automated system to assist in creating or interpreting calendar-related requests.

You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any date, reminder, calendar entry, deadline, amount, recipient, or instruction created through the Services.

NextMoveAI does not guarantee that reminders, notifications, emails, calendar entries, or other alerts will always be delivered, received, displayed, or delivered at a particular time.

You should not rely on NextMoveAI as your sole method for remembering legally, financially, medically, professionally, or personally important deadlines.

12. Accounts and Saving Progress

Some NextMoveAI Services may be available without creating an account.

Other features may allow or require you to provide an email address, create an account, verify access, or use synchronization functionality to save information or access progress across devices.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, verification codes, devices, and other account-access information.

You agree not to allow unauthorized persons to use your account.

14. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Certain NextMoveAI features may be offered through recurring paid subscriptions.

Before you purchase an automatically renewing subscription, applicable subscription terms will be presented to you, including the price, billing frequency, renewal structure, and available cancellation method.

By affirmatively purchasing an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your purchase according to the terms disclosed at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions continue and renew automatically until canceled.

You may cancel your subscription using the cancellation method made available through the website, account, payment platform, or subscription system through which you subscribed.

Cancellation prevents future renewals after the cancellation becomes effective.

Nothing in this section limits refund rights provided by applicable law.

You agree not to:

Unless otherwise stated, the NextMoveAI website and its original content, including the Veto character and branding, software, designs, interfaces, graphics, text, calculations, tools, logos, trademarks, visual elements, and other original materials, are owned by or licensed to NextMoveAI and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, NextMoveAI grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services for lawful personal purposes.

You may not, without authorization:

  • Sell or commercially exploit protected NextMoveAI materials

  • Reproduce substantial portions of the Services

  • Redistribute proprietary content

  • Copy protected designs or software

  • Create unauthorized derivative works

NextMoveAI makes no representation or warranty that:

  • The Services will always be available

  • Calculations will always be error-free

  • AI responses will always be correct

  • Market data will always be current

  • Reminders will always be delivered

  • Voice recognition will always correctly interpret speech

  • Document extraction will always be accurate

  • The Services will meet every user’s needs

  • The Services will produce a particular financial outcome
